Three Homeopathic Repertories
Repertorium Publicum and Kent (GPL-3.0 licence) and Boenninghausen (public domain) in the same search — all three at once or only the ones you pick — in Portuguese, English and Spanish. Including complementary rubrics, that is 148,822 rubrics, and the provenance of each source is declared on the platform: name, author and licence.
Search that speaks your language
The whole collection is also indexed in everyday consulting-room language. Type "can't sit still from anxiety" and reach the right rubric without having to know the repertory's wording. Today's phrasing is used only for searching: on screen you see the rubric's own text.

2,277 materia medica texts from 8 sources, with search and filtering by source. The provenance of each work is declared on the platform.
Electronic Medical Record
Consultations, anamnesis with 6 specialised templates (general homeopathy, paediatrics, dermatology, gynaecology, psychiatry and veterinary), prescriptions and documents. Printing is yours to choose: one visit, the days you select, or the full history — and a partial printout states that it is partial.
Clinical Context and Automatic Draft
Diagnoses, current medications, allergies, history and habits sit in a clinical-context sheet, visible in the consultation and in the teleconsultation, together with age and BMI. While you type a new consultation, the draft is saved automatically, encrypted, in this browser — and the session renews with use: it only expires after 60 minutes idle.
Smart Prescription
Autocomplete across 2,550 remedies, one-tap editable potency (CH, LM, 50M…), formula mode for compounds, and print-ready output — including A5 and your own pre-printed letterhead pad — for unicists and pluralists.
Homeopathic Formulary
Import your own formulas — PDF, scanned PDF, photos of the pages or pasted text —, review before saving, organise them by condition and prescribe: the prescription opens pre-filled, and the condition and the formula's name never appear on the prescription. The Generate with AI button drafts medicines, potencies and dosage for you to review; nothing is saved without you. The platform does not ship ready-made formulas. Professional and Enterprise plans.
Scored Questionnaires
Create your own questionnaires, or import them from a PDF of yours, with AI transcribing the questions. The platform calculates the score, and the result becomes a patient document. There is an optional catalogue with the names of the 38 flower essences. Professional and Enterprise plans.

Record the consultation by voice and AI transcribes as you go; the audio is transcribed by OpenAI. Pick which microphone to use when the computer has more than one. From any screen — anamnesis, teleconsultation or the Assistant — you choose what goes into the record.

Integrated Teleconsultation
Built-in video with the medical record side by side. The room is private, created on Whereby for each consultation: the patient asks to join and the doctor lets them in. If Whereby fails to create the room, the consultation uses a public Jitsi room with a random address. Video is not recorded; audio recording for transcription is optional and switched on by the doctor. The invitation comes ready to copy and paste, and the AI Assistant works right inside the call.
Clinical Cases
Your clinic's case database, with the outcome of each case. Search by symptom or remedy: the platform finds the similar cases you recorded, and AI summarises the patterns among them.
Privacy and LGPD

Reminders via Official WhatsApp
Appointment reminders go out from HomeoClinic Pro's official number, through Meta's official API — no phone to connect, no QR code to scan. WhatsApp carries the approved template, in Portuguese, with the patient's name, date, time and practitioner; the text your clinic writes goes in the e-mail reminder. Anyone who replies to a reminder instantly gets an automatic message with a link to the clinic's WhatsApp. Prescriptions and teleconsultation invitations are shared by copy and paste.
Patient Portal
Your patients access consultations, documents and medications through the portal, and keep a health diary. Create credentials in one click. Informed-consent forms come pre-written — a starting text for the homeopathic consultation, which the doctor reviews — and the patient accepts them right there by typing their name: built for teleconsultation, where there is no paper to sign. The typed name, date, time and the exact version of the accepted text are all recorded.
ICP-Brasil Digital Signature
Sign prescriptions and other documents with your ICP-Brasil A1 certificate, in the PAdES standard. The page carries a visible seal and a QR code, and validity can be checked at validar.iti.gov.br. The certificate password is never stored: it is asked for at every signature, so only you can sign in your name.
Schedule
List, day, week and month views, with a filter to show only booked slots. A whole family at the same time, return interval in one click, per-professional schedule, CPF search, advance confirmation and time blocking.
Bring your own database
Patients come in from a spreadsheet (CSV) on the import screen, with a template to download: a CPF already on file is not duplicated, and rejected rows are listed for you to review. To bring your whole database from your previous system, future appointments included, our team runs the import from the file it exports.
